This website provides general information about Kaos Computing and its repair services. Availability, pricing, turnaround, parts and repair feasibility are not guaranteed until a technician evaluates the specific device.

Repair inquiries

Submitting a form or sending a message does not create a repair contract or authorize work. Repair terms, pricing, timing, risks and applicable warranty coverage will be confirmed for the individual job before work proceeds.

Diagnostics and estimates

If Kaos Computing cannot fix the device, there is no charge. Estimates may change when hidden damage or additional faults are discovered, but revised work proceeds only after approval.

Same-day service and pickup

Same-day completion depends on diagnosis, parts availability and workload. Walk-ins are welcome at the Manhattan office, and the Brooklyn office is available by appointment only. White-glove pickup and return may be arranged within both Manhattan and Brooklyn service zones.
